5 Tips to prepare for your workout!
1. Dedicate and CREATE your space
It can be in your bedroom, living room or an extra room or garage. But dedicate that space for you. And make sure you show up, at your appointed time, and the amount of workout times per week.
2. When the time is right, ADD Equipment.
When you are ready for it, you can add weights, a jump rope (as needed), bands and such. It all will help with your work out. You can even use WATER BOTTLES or a CAN OF SOUP for your weights! Let’s make it work.
3. Dress Comfortably when exercising!
It’s important to dress comfortable and feel good when you are working out. You can even wear inspiring TEE Shirts as your motivation, that’s always a plus. Wear good comfortable workout shoes, and no tight clothing, you want your body to have a good circulation.
4. Importance of stretching and flexibility!
Before starting we will talk about the importance of stretching and flexibility. With consistency, you will feel the difference and be more motivated to keep it moving.
5. Listen to your BODY!
As you go through the exercising that I will present, please move safe and go at your own pace. It’s okay to take breaks as needed. Take your time! Repetition and Consistency will build confidence. As you stick with it, you will see results! You can do this!
